Ride our new water slides

The aquatic action really shifts up another gear thanks to two big water slides coming to Twitchen House in time for Easter 2019. Just one of the ways our Devon holiday parks will bring even more great value to family breaks.

It all starts with taking the whole wall along the back of the pool building out, along the way remodelling the entrance area and changing rooms, to create a three storey tall flume tower.

Each of the two water slides starts off from a platform 8 metres high before leaving the building, twisting their way around outside, and then re-entering the swimming pool building again. Both slides have their own run-outs within the pool extension.

Together the two water slides can take on average a whopping 360 riders every hour!

Duo Tunnel Slide Ride (green)

At 72 metres long, that’s 236 feet, it’s the slightly larger of the two water slides. It can be ridden either alone or by an adult and child at the same time. So it’s perfect for smaller kids who don’t want to miss out on all the fun.

Aquatube Speed Slide (brown)

Faster and just a bit shorter at 67 metres (220 feet) the single rider body slide is a rapid race to the bottom. For sure it’s really for the more adventurous folk.

Most importantly both water slides have a combination of special effects and translucent sections to further raise the excitement level!
